Plae8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the plae8 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the plae8 platform available at plae8.ws, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
Acceptance of these terms is absolute and comprehensive. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those amended terms. plae8 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and notice will be provided via the platform or registered email.
These terms apply only to users aged 18 and above. Registration or use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. plae8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a valid copy of your ID card or passport. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in a temporary suspension or termination of your account.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility unless you can demonstrate unauthorised access. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the plae8 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including the use of false payment information or transferring value between accounts to circumvent rollover requirements.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner contrary to the original intent of the offer.
- Modifying, copying, or distributing any platform content without express written permission from plae8.
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with a third party.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions on the plae8 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). plae8 does not impose any foreign currency conversion fees; however, third-party financial institutions may apply their own charges, which are beyond plae8's control.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid. Using an unauthorised payment method or one belonging to another person is a serious breach that may result in immediate account termination and freezing of funds.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set by plae8 from time to time and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier and payment method — typically ranging from 15 minutes to one business day.
Plae8 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing until identity verification is completed, particularly for large amounts or where there are signs of unusual account activity. This is a security measure implemented to protect users' interests.
4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Plae8 is not liable for any financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from betting activities, technical disruptions beyond the platform's control, or decisions made by users based on information available on the platform. All betting activities carry inherent risk, and users place bets entirely at their own discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the plae8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of plae8 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, sell, or use this content for commercial purposes without express written permission from plae8.
Third-Party Links & Services
The plae8 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and streaming providers. plae8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and conditions, and users are advised to review those terms before proceeding.
5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Plae8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: confirmed or suspected fraud, breach of these terms and conditions, provision of false information during registration, money laundering activity, abuse of the bonus or promotion system, or use of the platform in violation of local laws.
In cases where an account is suspended due to fraud or a serious breach, plae8 reserves the right to freeze all funds in the account while an investigation is carried out. plae8's decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final, subject to available internal appeals procedures.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible funds will be returned to the original payment method once identity verification is complete. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Plae8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via a notice displayed on the platform or through their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such notice is given will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operations in the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to the designated resolution process.
